Our booking process is simple. You can use the self-service booking tool integrated into our website to schedule your ride. Once your ride is submitted, a member of our team will review your request and verify availability. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive an invoice to pay for the outstanding balance. Yes, we carry commercial auto and general liability insurance.
Yes, rides canceled prior to 24 hours of their scheduled ride will be refunded. Rides canceled within 24 hours will not be refunded, but a credit will be issued for a future ride.
Yes, a prepayment is required to schedule a ride.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. You can also pay using Zelle.
Our drivers have clean driving records. They have passed an extensive background check that includes a sex offender search. Our drivers are also drugged tested and must be able to pass random drug tests.
